Do you like Coffee while Coding? Then Read below!

Hello viewers of the Code Site channel this is Code Site again with a new blog and with a new question! Do you like drinking 4 - 5 cups of coffee a day while coding? If yes, then you must stop it right now! The reasons why you mustn't drink this beverage while doing this particular work!

Reason #1 :- Loss of Productivity - Drinking large amounts of caffeinated coffee might cause headache, anxiety, agitation, ringing in the ears, and irregular heartbeats. This would for sure would decrease your productivity, affects your brain to solve problems!

Reason #2 :- Coffadiction - Drinking more coffee causes addiction to it. In a sense you may not be able to do any work until you drink the cup of coffee. You will be in a situation like this

It seems really bad!

Reason #3 :- Not a good night's sleep - A developer or a programmer not having a good night's sleep is never good. It kills their creativity. Lot of studies and research articles say that most of the creativity comes during sleep. It is even said that Einstein got the idea of the Special theory of relativity in his dream.

What you could do then?

The answer's too simple friends. You could just reduce the amount of coffee you drink! If you feel like drinking more coffee even after reading this or even after trying to control taking the beverage then you could do one thing!

Yeah! I am not joking. Research says that laughing out loud has the same effect on the human body as drinking coffee and taking in coffee into your body!

Conclusions

It is true that you need something to snap or slurp beside you while coding. It is coder nature, we cannot stop it. The thing I just want to convey here is to take up stuff with a limit. Even if it is coding. You may just code for an hour or so and then just take a break. Go outside and relax with the greenery! It will give you a lot of ideas for your code! LIKE SHARE & SUBSCRIBE !
